How Nidhi YogaHub Came to Be

Nidhi YogaHub began as a focused effort to bring disciplined, authentic yoga education to the community. What started with small group sessions has grown into a well-recognised yoga hub with multiple branches, expert teachers, and a diverse range of programs.

Our programs focus on:

Over the years, we have trained thousands of students through offline and online sessions, workshops, and certification programs—while staying rooted in traditional yogic values.

About the Founder

Nidhi Mehta is a certified yoga professional with extensive academic and practical training in yoga and therapy.
