Welcome to Nidhi's YogaHub. We are a yoga and wellness education platform dedicated to providing high-quality yoga instruction, teacher training programs, and wellness resources to our students and community.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including but not limited to our yoga classes, teacher training programs, workshops, online courses, and any other offerings provided by Nidhi's YogaHub.

By accessing our services or enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

By enrolling in, registering for, or participating in any program, class, workshop, or service offered by Nidhi's YogaHub, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained parental or guardian consent if under 18.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You accept these Terms and Conditions as a legally binding contract between yourself and Nidhi's YogaHub.

Nidhi's YogaHub offers a range of yoga and wellness education services, which may include:

• In-person and online yoga classes for all levels
• Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs — 200-hour, 300-hour, and specialty certifications
• Workshops, retreats, and immersive wellness experiences
• Online courses and digital learning resources
• Private and group yoga sessions
• Wellness coaching and lifestyle guidance
• Community events and special programs

The availability, format, schedule, and pricing of services are subject to change at our discretion. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

To enroll in any program or service offered by Nidhi's YogaHub, you must complete the registration process as specified for each offering. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your registration.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or registration details.

Nidhi's YogaHub reserves the right to refuse enrollment, cancel registrations, or remove participants from programs at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or our community guidelines.

Enrollment in certain programs, particularly Teacher Training courses, may be subject to prerequisite requirements, application review, and approval by our team.

All fees for our programs and services are as listed on our website or as communicated to you at the time of enrollment. By enrolling, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the payment terms specified.

• Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is required to secure your place in any program.
• Payment plans may be available for select programs — details will be provided at the time of enrollment.
• All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to services or removal from a program.
• Nidhi's YogaHub reserves the right to charge reasonable late payment fees where applicable.

Nidhi's YogaHub reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed enrollments for which payment has already been received.

• More than 30 days before program start: Full refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee.
• 15–30 days before program start: 50% refund of the total program fee.
• Less than 15 days before program start: No refund will be issued.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official contact address.

• In the event that Nidhi's YogaHub cancels a program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled participants.
• We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with a cancelled program.

• Requests to transfer enrollment to a different program date or defer participation may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and a transfer fee.
• Transfer requests must be made at least 21 days before the program start date.

Nidhi's YogaHub is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all participants. As a student or participant, you agree to:

• Treat all instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and courtesy at all times.
• Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, bullying, or disruptive behaviour.
• Arrive on time and be prepared for classes and sessions.
• Follow all instructions provided by instructors and staff regarding safety and program guidelines.
• Maintain the confidentiality of fellow students and refrain from sharing personal information shared within the program community.
• Refrain from recording classes, sessions, or training materials without prior written consent from Nidhi's YogaHub.
• Comply with all venue rules and regulations when attending in-person sessions.

Nidhi's YogaHub reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, harmful, or in violation of these guidelines.

All content, materials, and resources provided by Nidhi's YogaHub — including but not limited to course materials, manuals, videos, audio recordings, written content, sequences, methodologies, branding, and website content — are the exclusive intellectual property of Nidhi's YogaHub and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our materials without prior written permission.
• Materials provided for personal use during a program are for your individual learning only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
• Upon successful completion of a Teacher Training program, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to teach the methodologies learned, subject to proper attribution to Nidhi's YogaHub.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or contributions you provide to us may be used by Nidhi's YogaHub without obligation or compensation to you.

Yoga and physical wellness activities involve inherent physical risks. By participating in any program or class offered by Nidhi's YogaHub, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are voluntarily participating in yoga and wellness activities and assume all associated risks.
• You confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation, or that you have obtained clearance from a qualified medical professional.
• You will inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before participating in any session.
• You will listen to your body and not push beyond your personal limits during practice.
• Nidhi's YogaHub instructors are qualified yoga teachers, not medical professionals. Nothing taught in our programs constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nidhi's YogaHub, its instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome arising from participation in our programs, provided that reasonable care and safety standards have been maintained.

Your privacy is important to us. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Payment and billing information (processed securely through third-party gateways)
• Health information voluntarily provided for program participation
• Usage data and communications with our team

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nidhi's YogaHub, its founders, instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any personal injury or property damage arising from participation in our programs, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our program content or materials.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Nidhi's YogaHub in the three months preceding the claim.

Nidhi's YogaHub reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms and Conditions on our website with a revised effective date.
• Sending a notification to your registered email address for material changes.

Your continued use of our services or participation in our programs after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nidhi's YogaHub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
